Directions
Leave the M5 at Junction 27 & head towards Barnstaple on the A361. At the third roundabout (Little Chef), turn right towards Blackmoor Gate (A399). At Blackmoor Gate, turn left at the Old Station Inn (A39). After 2 miles turn right at Kentisbury Ford towards Combe Martin. Take the immediate left turning towards Patchole/Bugford. Pass through Patchole & after half a mile Northcote Manor Farm sign will be found on the left hand side, just after a red brick farmhouse and cream cottage.

Our heated indoor swimming pool is a huge attraction as are the indoor games room, football field and children’s playground. Cots, highchairs and stairgates are provided free of charge. We are only 4 miles from the coast and 2 miles from Exmoor with lots to see and do in the area. With 4 young children of our own we know that if the children are happy then the parents will have a really enjoyable holiday too and we look forward to welcoming you to this wonderful corner of Devon.
