All are close to beaches, coves, harbours, parks, restaurants, bars, shops or local attractions where relevant. 

When we write comfortably sleeps that's what we mean.  And when we describe sleeping arrangements for adults we mean those big people that don't want to sleep in a bunk bed, put-you-up, bed settee or camp bed.
